NFL Prospect Adam Muema Tweets That He Won’t Play Football This Year

Just a few weeks after he left the NFL Scouting Combine for religious reasons and lived in a Florida airport for three days, former San Diego State University running back Adam Muema announced via Twitter on Wednesday that he will not pursue an NFL career this year.

Muema told reporters that he left the combine because of a message he received from God. He seems to also attribute his sudden retirement from football to his religious faith.
