Torii Hunter looked his fear of alligators right in the face during spring training and gave it a big ol’ kiss.
Someone brought an alligator into the Detroit Tigers clubhouse on Tuesday, so Justin Verlander did what any crazy person would do — he dared Hunter to kiss it. The Detroit outfielder said yes for some reason, and although the gator’s mouth was taped shut, he still deserves some props for puckering up to the animal he is supposedly afraid of.
