The University of Tennessee baseball team might be the fastest field cleaners in college baseball history.
It wasn’t enough that the Volunteers are 17-2 this season. With the famous pump-up jam “Call on Me” by Eric Prydz playing in the background, the team also races to clean the field before each game in record-breaking fashion.
“It’s a fun thing for the fans that get here early enough to see,” manager Dave Serrano said. “Our guys are trying to break, in their minds, the world record each and every day.”
The team’s record time is 30 seconds.
