Boston Marathon Runners Carry Collapsed Man Across Finish Line (Photos)

Four runners in the Boston Marathon on Monday afternoon exemplified what it means to be “Boston Strong.”

In a special scene captured by the Washington Post’s Wesley Lowery, one runner collapsed just shy of the finish line. But instead of moving right past the man, four other runners stopped, picked him up and carried him across the finish line so they all finished the grueling race together.
