David Ross Does Spot-On One-Man Tribute To ‘Major League’ (Video)

Boston Red Sox catcher David Ross might have found himself a new career after baseball.

The 37-year-old showed some serious acting chops in a tribute video to the classic 1989 film “Major League,” which celebrates its 25th anniversary this month.

The video features Ross at JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, Fla., portraying timeless characters such as Ricky “Wild Thing” Vaughn, Pedro Cerrano (“hats for bats, keep bats warm”) and Willie Mays Hayes.

The highlight of the video, though, has to be Ross’ spot-on impersonation of Lou Brown. Ross nails the part of the ornery skipper, from the gravely voice all the way down to the legendary mustache.

Check it out in the video below.
