Game 1 of the first-round series between the Colorado Avalanche and Minnesota Wild on Thursday night lived up to the expectations of what playoff hockey should be.
The Avalanche overcame a two-goal deficit in the third period, with Paul Stastny scoring the tying goal in the final seconds of regulation. Then Stastny scored again in overtime to give the Avs a 5-4 win.
No one was more excited than Ty Lawson.
The Denver Nuggets point guard posted an Instagram video of himself, as well as the rest of the Pepsi Center crowd, freaking out after Stastny’s first goal, and his reaction is priceless.
