Jeff Green had a disappointing season on the court, but he did manage to make an impact in another way.

Green was named one of six divisional winners for the 2014 Joe Dumars Trophy, which honors players who reflect good sportsmanship. The Boston Celtics forward finished second in the overall voting to Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley.

As a divisional winner, Green can choose a charity to which the league will donate $5,000. Green chose the Cleveland Clinic, where his 2011 heart surgery was performed.
