After scoring his first playoff goal since 2008, Boston Bruins winger Loui Eriksson was awarded the Bruins’ Old Time Hockey jacket following their series-clinching win against the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday afternoon.
Eriksson battled health issues during the beginning of the season, suffering two concussions that sidelined him for 21 games, but once he regained his health, he became the player the Bruins knew he could be. Eriksson’s play has only gotten better as the season progressed and he doesn’t expect his production to slow down during the playoffs, which he called the most fun days of his life.
