On Tuesday night, Robinson Cano will make his first appearance back at Yankee Stadium since leaving the team for a 10-year, $240 million contract with the Seattle Mariners. Knowing Yankees fans, Cano certainly will be booed when he takes the field.

Late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon wanted to give Yankees fans a little booing practice before Tuesday night, so he and the crew at “The Tonight Show” set up a giant photo of Cano in a Mariners uniform in New York and invited Yankees fans to unleash their worst. In true Fallon fashion, though, there was a surprise for the fans.

Amidst the booing, the real Robbie Cano stepped out from behind the photo, leading the Yankees fans to sing quite a different tune.
