Tomas Plekanec is one of the NHL’s most underrated players, and in Wednesday night’s Stanley Cup playoff opener against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Montreal Canadiens’ center scored an amazing goal.

As Plekanec entered the attacking zone, he faked a slap shot and got Lightning defenseman Radko Gudas to fall for it and embarrassingly tumble to the ice. Plekanec then skated toward the net and beat Tampa Bay goaltender Anders Lindback with a beautiful wrist shot high glove side.
