Minnesota Twins designated hitter and Framingham, Mass. native Chris Colabello gave his mother the perfect birthday gift.
Silvana Colabello was watching her son play against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field on Wednesday night, which also happened to be her birthday. As she was being interviewed by Fox Sports, Chris hit a two-run home run off of Jake Odorizzi, tying the score at 2-2 in the top of the fourth.
Talk about perfect timing.
