Aaron Hernandez Associate Carlos Ortiz Pleads Not Guilty To Murder Charge

Carlos Ortiz, an associate of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, plead not guilty to a murder charge in connection with the June 2013 death of Odin Lloyd during his arraignment in Fall River Sperior Court on Tuesday.

Ortiz originally was charged as an accessory in Lloyd’s killing.

Hernandez will be arraigned in court Wednesday on a double-murder charge stemming from a July 2012 drive-by shooting. He’s been in jail since his June 26 arrest.
