The Boston Bruins are making some lineup changes for Game 4 against the Montreal Canadiens.
The B’s are down 2-1 in their second-round Stanley Cup playoffs series with the Habs, and they’ll try a new look on Thursday night in Game 4 at Bell Centre. Winger Matt Fraser and defenseman Matt Bartkowski are in the lineup for what’s as close to a must-win as it gets for the B’s.
Fraser was recalled Thursday morning from Providence in place of Justin Florek. He’ll go right into the lineup, and Jordan Caron will be a healthy scratch. Fraser was skating on the third line with Carl Soderberg and Loui Eriksson during the pregame warmups. If that is the case, Daniel Paille will head back to his customary left-wing spot on the Bruins’ fourth line.
Bartkowski is back after being scratched in Games 2 and 3. He’ll replace Andrej Meszaros, who is back to the press box after playing a couple of games.
Here are the projected lines and defensive pairings.
