Bud Bash Homers Of The Week: Wil Myers Hits Inside-The-Park Home Run

Giancarlo Stanton broke a 1-1 tie in the top of the 11th inning Thursday night as he launched his 11th home run of the season to lift the Miami Marlins over the San Diego Padres 3-1.

While Stanton’s blast was a no-doubter, Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Wil Myers can’t say the same for his homer over the weekend. Myers legged out an inside-the-park home run against the New York Yankees on his fly ball to deep center that Jacoby Ellsbury badly misplayed.

The rest of this week’s best homers include Prince Fielder’s solo shot to the second deck in right field, Curtis Granderson’s dinger and A.J. Pierzynski’s blast over the Fenway Park bullpen.
