You read that right. Bell Centre in Montreal was packed with over 20,000 fans. For Game 7, which was played at TD Garden in Boston.
It’s actually not as strange as it sounds. The Habs sold $10 tickets for fans to watch the game on the Bell Centre scoreboard. Proceeds will go to the Montreal Canadiens Children’s Foundation, which helps underprivileged children across Quebec, the Montreal Gazette reported.
