Will Middlebrooks, Brayan PenaThe Boston Red Sox seem to be on a much better roll after winning two games in Texas, where they’ve struggled in the past.

They’ll look to keep up that bit of momentum heading into a three-game series against the Minnesota Twins at Target Field.

The biggest change to the Red Sox’s lineup Tuesday night isn’t in the batting order for once. The Sox elected to move starting pitcher Jake Peavy up a day in the rotation and send Felix Doubront down a spot. It doesn’t have anything to do with this series, but rather with Peavy’s ability against the Detroit Tigers, whom the Sox play at Fenway Park in the series following this one.

Other than that, Grady Sizemore will start in left field and bat fifth. Also, Will Middlebrooks is back in the lineup after being scratched Sunday with hand soreness. He’ll bat eighth, with Jackie Bradley Jr. going back to his usual nine spot.
