Security footage has surfaced of Jameis Winston’s shoplifting incident, and it’s about as boring as the crime itself.
In the video, released by the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and shared by the Tallahassee Democrat, the Florida State quarterback is seen walking into the Publix supermarket, grabbing some crab legs and crawfish from the seafood counter, stopping in the dairy section for a stick of butter, wandering around aimlessly for a few minutes and walking out the front door.
Not exactly the most riveting three minutes of television.
Winston was forced to pay $32.72 in restitution and complete 20 hours of community service. He also was suspended from the Florida State baseball team but has since been reinstated.
