The Boston Bruins’ defense has gotten increasingly stronger as the 2014 Stanley Cup playoffs have progressed, and goaltender Tuukka Rask is playing arguably his best hockey of the year.
The B’s look to close out their second-round series against the Canadiens in Montreal on Monday, so the team will need more of the same strong play from Rask, something that defenseman Kevan Miller is not at all worried about.
“To have Tuukka behind us gives us defensemen tons of confidence,” Miller told Jack Edwards in a 1-on-1. “He’s a world-class goalie, probably the best in the league, so it makes our job easy.”
