Luis Suarez marked the end of his fantastic Premier League season by sending a heartfelt note to Liverpool fans around the world.
Suarez posted a message on his Facebook timeline in which he thanked Liverpool fans for their support in 2013-14. Suarez also included a photo of himself, his wife Sofia, daughter Delfina and son Benjamin.

Suarez helped Liverpool finish second in the Premier League standings — just two points behind champion Manchester City.
Suarez was Premier League’s outstanding player in 2013-14. The Uruguayan scored a record 31 goals and won both of English soccer’s major player of the year awards.
