Patrice Bergeron is a finalist for the “NHL 15” cover, but it won’t be an easy win for the Boston Bruins centerman.

Bergeron and Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban are the finalists in EA Sports’ cover vote contest. The rivals are the last men standing in a tournament decided by social media votes to be the cover boy for next season’s version of the popular NHL video game.

As is the case for just about everything, there are odds for the contest. Subban is the favorite to end up winning it, according to sports betting website Bovada.lv.

Bergeron almost didn’t make it to the finals. St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie held a late lead in the semifinals, but Bruins fans stormed back on Bergeron’s behalf and propelled the Selke Trophy finalist into the last round.

B’s fans looking to continue the charge can tweet the hashtag “#NHL15Bergeron” or go to covervote.nhl.com and vote for Bergeron there. The finals run through June 1.
