It was showtime for Patrick Kane on Friday night during Game 1 of the second-round series between the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild.

After Chicago blew a two-goal lead in the third period, allowing Minnesota to tie the game 2-2 midway through the final frame, Kane took care of business all by himself to tally the game-winner and drop the jaws of everyone in the United Center in the process.

The Blackhawks forward did one of those things that only he can do, carrying the puck up the ice and blowing past a pair of Wild defenders before sniping a backhander over the shoulder of Ilya Bryzgalov.

To his credit, Kane was aware of how filthy his goal was as he yelled “Showtime!” before joining his teammates in celebration.

Kane also provided the insurance goal just moments later, leading the Hawks to a 5-2 win.
