1396553051_fenwayThe Boston Red Sox are once again hosting the annual Mother’s Day “Walk in the Park” event Sunday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The free celebration gives fans the opportunity to walk around the warning track, sit inside both the visitor and home dugouts, get autographs from Red Sox alumni Ted Lepcio and Bob Montgomery, as well as participate in other family-friendly activities.

Wally the Green Monster will also be on hand for the festivities, accompanied by a balloon artist, face painter, caricature artist, stilt walker and magician.

Additionally, the three World Series trophies will be available for pictures behind home plate, and the 2013 World Series ring will be on display in the Big Concourse for fans.

Those interested in winning their own personalized, authentic 2004, 2007 and 2013 World Series rings can visit the Red Sox Foundation’s table in the Big Concourse to purchase raffle tickets that benefit the charity. The grand prize raffle winner will receive a set comprising the 2004, 2007 and 2013 rings. Raffle tickets, which start at $10 for five chances, are also available online at redsox.com/ringraffle.

The event will take place rain or shine.
