Roush Fenway To Broadcast Live Spring Fan Day ‘Hangout’ To Fans

Carl EdwardsRoush Fenway Racing will once again host a live Google+ Hangout during its 2014 Spring Fan Day on May 22.

The Hangout, which will be streamed live on a YouTube feed which fans can watch from anywhere and on any device, will take place at Roush Fenway’s Headquarters and begin at 9  a.m. It will be hosted by Google Glass guru, “The Professor” Tim Moore, and will feature team owner Jack Roush, as well as RFR drivers Carl Edwards, Greg Biffle, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Trevor Bayne, Ryan Reed and Chris Buescher.

The event will stream live nationwide on YouTube here as well at RFR’s Google+ Page here, so fans from anywhere can follow the action and engage with their favorite drivers and NASCAR’s winningest team.

“This has been such a great way for us as a team to reach so many of our fans and personally interact with them, it’s become a key component of our Fan Day program,” said Mike Mooney, Senior Vice President, Business Operations for Roush Fenway Racing. Mooney continued, “We’re adding new technologies like Google Glass live video segments this weekend to bring our team, drivers and the racing experience to our fans, whether they are at the track, our campus or their homes.”
