Stanley Cup Final Schedule: Series To Begin On June 4

Jonathan ToewsWe don’t know who will play in the Stanley Cup Final, and we don’t know where it will start. What we do know, however, is when the series will begin.

The NHL announced Wednesdsay the schedule for the Cup Final, with Game 1 being played June 4 at the home of the highest-seeded remaining team.

The Los Angeles Kings will look to close out the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 5 of the Western Conference finals Wednesday night, and the New York Rangers will once again look to eliminate the Montreal Canadiens in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals on Thursday.

Here is the full Stanley Cup Final schedule, with broadcast information still to be determined:

Game 1 — Wednesday, June 4
Game 2 — Saturday, June 7
Game 3 — Monday, June 9
Game 4 — Wednesday, June 11
Game 5 (if necessary) — Friday, June 13
Game 6 (if necessary) — Monday, June 16
Game 7 (if necessary) — Wednesday, June 18
