If you’re even a casual sports fan, you’ll probably agree that ESPN’s “This is SportsCenter” commercials are pretty awesome.
The sports network’s latest installment does not disappoint.
The newest ESPN spot features Washington Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg, “SportsCenter” anchor Bram Weinstein and a missing frozen dinner. Take it away, Stephen and Bram.

The spot does a great job of poking fun at the hilarious steps major league pitchers will take to keep their arms in throwing shape.
The issue of arm care might hit a little close to home for Strasburg, who has struggled staying on the mound since the Nationals selected him with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 draft.
The 25-year-old has yet to miss a start this season, though, compiling a 3-3 record and a 3.48 ERA over 54 1/3 innings pitched.
Maybe it’s the glazed turkey tenderloins.
