NFL training camps are just around the corner, which means the returns of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” is on its way, too. We now know what team will be featured in this year’s version of the behind-the-scenes series.

The Atlanta Falcons will be the stars of this season’s installment, the team and the NFL announced Thursday.

“We are excited about the opportunity to give our fans a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to prepare an NFL team for the rigors of a 16-game regular season and beyond,” Falcons owner Arthur Blank said in a statement. “This marks the first time that our franchise will be featured on ‘Hard Knocks,’ and we look forward to showcasing our great players and coaches to football fans all across America.”

The ninth season of the show will debut Tuesday, Aug 5, at 10 p.m ET.

The series almost certainly will be centered around the Falcons’ bid for redemption. Atlanta was one of the NFL’s worst teams last season, as it limped to a 4-12 record despite opening the season with high hopes.

In terms of offseason moves, the Falcons did add a handful of free agents. Their most notable addition was signing receiver/kick returner Devin Hester. Atlanta used its first-round pick, the No. 6 selection, on offensive tackle Jake Matthews.
