Bidding On LeBron James’ ‘Cramp Game’ Heat Jersey Passes $20K Mark

LeBron James probably wants to forget his cramping incident from Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Fans, however, seem to feel a bit differently about the Miami Heat star’s performance.

On June 12, the NBA started an auction for the jersey James wore during the first half of the game, with the starting bid at $250. Now, the price has reached astronomical heights.

The current bid for the jersey is more than $20,000, and there are still eight days left to bid on it. The funny part is, it wasn’t even worn when James’ leg cramped up. Incredible.

James did not even have a poor effort during that game, as he had 25 points, six rebounds and three steals. But he will be remembered for being carried off the court by his teammates during the loss to the San Antonio Spurs.

It just goes to show that fans will do anything to get their hands on some game-used merchandise.
