At this point, the Boston Red Sox could throw Brock Holt into the bullpen, and he’d probably pitch a couple scoreless innings of relief.
After moving from corner to corner in the infield, Holt made his first professional start in the outfield during Sunday night’s series finale against the Detroit Tigers, and he didn’t disappoint. He kept up his offensive production, going 4-for-5 on the night, but he also flashed some leather as he robbed Ian Kinsler of an extra-base hit during the third inning.
Holt is making it all look easy, but he remains nothing but humble about his success. Check out the video above to hear more from the 25-year-old.
