When the Boston Red Sox needed it most, sluggers David Ortiz and Mike Napoli came through in a big way.

Boston found itself down 1-0 in the bottom of the 10th against the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday afternoon. But with two hitters that are no stranger to heroics, the Red Sox walked off in style. Ortiz tied the game up with a homer that curled around Pesky’s Pole in right field. One batter later, Napoli drilled one to center, giving the Red Sox a much-needed come-from-behind win.

The Red Sox were not the only team this week to end things in dramatic fashion, though. The Cleveland Indians had a walk-off win of their own, courtesy of a grand slam from designated hitter Nick Swisher. Cleveland trailed by two in the 10th inning against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, but Swisher delivered with a blast to give the Indians an incredible win.

The rest of this week’s homers include Chicago White Sox rookie Jose Abreu’s 20th blast of the year, Baltimore Orioles outfielder Nelson Cruz’s bomb off of the rafters at Tropicana Field and Arizona Diamondbacks left fielder Roger Kieschnick’s homer into the pool at Chase Field.
