Yasiel Puig was born and raised in Cuba, so he obviously didn’t get much of a chance to play in the snow when he was a child. Now that he has the opportunity, though, he’s making up for lost time.

Puig posted a few videos to his Instagram account Friday of himself playing in the snow in Colorado. He even showed the Dodgers some love, carving “LA” into the snow.

Check out the videos below, with a hat tip to Deadspin.

Puig has been late for batting practice twice already this season, so hopefully he doesn’t get too caught up in the fun and lose track of time. Puig and the Dodgers are getting set to square off with the Rockies tonight with first pitch scheduled for 8:40 p.m.
