Red Sox fans know all about stretching during the seventh inning at Fenway Park.

But stretching was taken to a new level Sunday when celebrity yoga instructor Mandy Ingber led two yoga sessions at America’s Most Beloved Ballpark.

Over 200 participants of all experience levels joined Ingber in the second annual “FenwaYoga” sessions to stretch and meditate along the warning track.

The yogis pledged to raise at least $250 for the Red Sox Foundation, and proceeds benefited the Red Sox Foundation’s Red Sox Scholars and RBI Youth Baseball and Softball Program. The top three fundraisers won prizes.

Ingber, who has a celebrity clientele featuring the likes of Jennifer Aniston, Ricki Lake, Brooke Shields and Helen Hunt, has motivated a number of people throughout her life. She is a New York Times bestselling author and has over 18 years of experience as a self-love expert.

Those who attended can now give a few stretching tips for fans the next time “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” plays at Fenway.
