Don’t tell Manu Ginobili that he turns 37 years old this July.
On a day on which his native country Argentina delivered on the soccer field during the World Cup, Ginobili provided a memorable highlight of his own. The San Antonio Spurs guard looked 26 when he powered past Udonis Haslem and Ray Allen and posterized Chris Bosh at the rim with an explosive dunk during the Spurs’ second quarter comeback against the Miami Heat during Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Ginobili has been drinking from the Fountain of Youth throughout these playoffs, averaging more than 14 points per game. This dunk might just be the exclamation point on his season and the Spurs’ championship run.
