Mike Trout has already been the American League’s Rookie of the Year, made two All-Star Game rosters and won two Silver Slugger awards at the age of 22.

And he added something else to that stacked resume.

The Los Angeles Angels center fielder now has his own signature shoe, which was released by Nike on Friday. Trout becomes the first baseball player to have his own shoe deal with Nike since Ken Griffey Jr. New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter also has his own shoe, but they were released through the Jordan brand, and not Nike.

The shoe has officially been dubbed the Nike Lunar Vapor Trout, and its colors are pretty loud.

Nike emphasized that the cleat is more for performance than looks. It’s lightweight and “designed for the directional speed needed to steal more bases, get to more balls in the outfield, and get out of the batter’s box quickly.”

The line of Trout merchandise also includes batting gloves, wristbands and baseball caps.

The cleats will be in stores July 12 but are available for presale at Nike.com Friday. Having a major league salary helps if you want a pair, as they cost $140.
