Rob GronkowskiRob Gronkowski’s peers don’t seem to care that he was injury prone in 2013.

Gronkowski was voted No. 41 on NFL Network’s Top 100 list, which is voted on by players. Gronkowski is the first New England Patriots player to crack the Top 100.

Gronkowski caught 39 passes for 592 yards with four touchdowns in just seven games and six starts last season. His season started with forearm and back injuries and ended with a torn ACL, suffered Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns.

Gronkowski is the fourth tight end to make the list. San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis was No. 51, the Miami Dolphins’ Charles Clay was No. 89 and the Dallas Cowboys’ Jason Witten was voted No. 98. There is one more tight end remaining in the top 40, which likely is the New Orleans Saints’ Jimmy Graham.

Gronkowski is a more versatile player, since he’s one of the NFL’s top blocking tight ends, but Graham has been more durable and productive over the last two seasons.
