A marriage proposal is a special moment that many always will cherish. With the unintentional help of Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh, one lucky couple always will remember the once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Instead of waiting to go to a game in the fall, David Rudich decided to bring girlfriend Amy Segall — a huge Ravens fan — to the team’s practice facility so he could pop the question.
Rudich went down on one knee and placed a ring on his girlfriend’s shaking hand after she said yes to his proposal. What came next was a bit unexpected. Right after she said yes, Segall spotted Harbaugh walking down the steps of his office. The coach came up to the couple and gave his best wishes.
Though unplanned, the proposal probably could not have gone any better for Mr. Rudich and his soon-to-be wife.
