Rockies’ Carlos Gonzalez Had ‘Fatty Mass With Tentacles’ Removed From Finger

Colorado Rockies outfielder Carlos Gonzalez had been experiencing discomfort in his left index finger for much of the season, due to what was found to be a benign tumor.

But it wasn’t an ordinary noncancerous mass.

Gonzalez will miss five weeks and is otherwise fine, but we’re mostly concerned with the fact that something can grow tentacles inside of you.
