The stars come out when New York and Los Angeles meet, and Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final was no exception.
The Staples Center crowd was a “who’s who” of pop-culture superstars, with VIPs coming out of the woodwork to put their support behind their teams or at least make it look like they actually care about their teams, hockey or just sports in general. Whatever’s cool and gets you on Page Six or TMZ, right?
That being said, there still are some legitimate fans on both sides. The Rangers and Kings will have plenty of famous support behind them during the Cup Final, and that began Wednesday night in L.A.
