Brock Holt: ‘I Don’t Have Any Answers’ For Red Sox’s Offensive Woes (Video)

The Boston Red Sox’s offense fell flat again Monday night, managing just two hits and failing to push a runner beyond second base in a 4-0 loss to the Chicago White Sox.

The Red Sox have scored the fewest runs of any American League team through 89 games this season — a stat that continues to perplex many in the Boston clubhouse.

“I don’t have any answers,” Brock Holt told reporters after an 0-for-4 showing in the loss. “We’ve got guys up and down the lineup that know what to do and have done it before. We’re just not getting it done right now.”

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
