Liverpool FC left back Jose Enrique played just 45 minutes of his team’s game at Fenway Park on Wednesday, handing off duties to Jack Robinson at halftime.

So, after the Reds dropped a 1-0 decision to AS Roma, Enrique apparently went looking for a bit more exercise.

That search brought the 28-year-old Spaniard to the Boston Red Sox’s batting cage, where he proceeded to take a few hacks. After watching him swing, it’s safe to say Enrique does not come from a baseball background.

Enrique will have another chance to hone his batting stance when Liverpool visits Yankee Stadium next week.
