Fans often learn how many championships an NBA team has won by looking up at the banners (or lack thereof) in the rafters of its arena, but there will soon be another way to tell which clubs have claimed the sport’s biggest prize.

A special gold patch showcasing the Larry O’Brien championship trophy will be added to the jerseys of every team that has won a league title. The patch will be in the middle of the collar on the back of the jersey, per SI.com’s Ben Golliver.

For teams with multiple championships, the patch also will feature a number. The Boston Celtics jerseys will have “17x” next to the gold trophy to mark the franchise’s league-record 17 titles.

The Phoenix Suns, Atlanta Hawks, Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz, Indiana Pacers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Orlando Magic, Charlotte Hornets, New Orleans Pelicans, Sacramento Kings, Toronto Raptors, Memphis Grizzlies and Oklahoma City Thunder will not have gold patches on their jerseys.
