Patriots Training Camp Attendance: Tommy Kelly Returns To Contact Drills

Tommy KellyFOXBORO, Mass. — Tommy Kelly increased his practice participation once again on Wednesday during New England Patriots training camp.

Kelly participated in 1-on-1 and 11-on-11 drills for the first time this summer. Kelly was in full uniform and looks primed to come off the physically unable to perform list after increasing his level of contact at practice.

Wide receiver Josh Boyce, center Bryan Stork and linebacker Chris White were absent for practice. Boyce and Stork appeared to suffer injuries during practice on Tuesday. Cornerback Jemea Thomas, running back Tyler Gaffney, tight end Michael Hoomanawanui and offensive tackle Chris Martin also were absent for Wednesday’s full pads session.

Wide receivers Aaron Dobson, Matthew Slater and Jeremy Gallon, linebacker Deontae Skinner and defensive tackle Dominique Easley were present for practice but not in uniform as they participated in conditioning drills.

Guard Dan Connolly and defensive tackle Eathyn Manumaleuna were back at practice after missing Tuesday’s session.
