Houston Astros rookie Jon Singleton belted a screaming line drive into the first base seats during Wednesday night’s game between the Astros and Texas Rangers in Arlington.
Unfortunately for one Rangers fan, that line drive was aimed directly at his midsection.
The ball struck the fan right in the stomach and left a pretty sizable mark, which he showed off to his fellow spectators later in the inning.

The good news is that he laughed the matter off, though the Astros got the final laugh in an 8-4 win.
