NBA: NBA DraftBoston Celtics rookie guard Marcus Smart hasn’t played a single second in the NBA, but he has reportedly already locked down an endorsement deal.

SLAM Magazine reported that Smart and Washington Wizards rookie Joel Embiid reached multi-year endorsement deals with Adidas, though their sources did not reveal the financial terms of the contracts. Adidas now has deals with four of the top six picks, as they already reached agreements with Cleveland Cavaliers swingman Andrew Wiggins and Utah Jazz guard Dante Exum.

Smart put on a promising performance for the Celtics during NBA Summer League, finishing with an average of 14.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists in the five games. Embiid, however, is expected to miss most of the season after undergoing surgery to repair a fractured foot on June 20.
