BOSTON — The Red Sox earned their sixth walk-off win of 2014 in Game 1 of Saturday’s doubleheader against the AL East-leading Baltimore Orioles.

Shortstop Jonathan Herrera, who pinch hit in the bottom of the ninth inning for Jackie Bradley Jr., hit a single to right-center field off of Orioles reliever T.J. McFarland that scored Jonny Gomes from second base.

The 3-2 victory snapped Boston’s three-game losing streak.
