Buffalo Bills fightFighting happens during practices in the NFL, but having two scuffles between teammates two days in a row is cause for some concern.

That’s what the Buffalo Bills are dealing with.

As reported by The Buffalo News’ Tim Graham, Wednesday saw a full-on brawl that started with undrafted rookie defensive end Bryan Johnson ripping off center Eric Wood’s helmet and delivering some punches. It ended with tight end Scott Chandler wrestling Johnson to the ground while Wood yelled, “I’ll (expletive) kill you!”

On Thursday, some words were exchanged between wide receiver Marquise Goodwin and cornerback Sam Miller, but head coach Doug Marrone had seen enough before there were any fisticuffs.

Marrone yelled “Get your (expletive) right,” made the team run sprints and ended practice early. He told reporters after the game that it happened because of a “lack of respect,” but that was all he would give.

“I’m not going to answer another question (about fighting),” Marrone said via The Buffalo News. “We’re responsible for the integrity of the game…There is no use for fighting in the game of football. Period. End of discussion. Move on.”

The Bills definitely don’t need another problem on their list, as they’re currently between owners and trying to fight the possibility of a move to Toronto. Not to mention, they want to avoid being last in the AFC East for the seventh straight season.
