djAs Derek Jeter’s final season in the MLB comes closer to the end, teams have been presenting the New York Yankees captain with farewell gifts.

So far, 12 teams have given Jeter gifts — including donations for his Turn 2 Foundation, which helps children and teens avoid alcohol and drug addiction — in pregame ceremonies before his final games against the clubs.

One of the most recent ceremonies was before the Yankees’ matchup against the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Park, where President George W. Bush presented Jeter with a gift of his own.

Jeter is expected to make his last Fenway Park appearance — and possibly his last appearance in the MLB, if the Yankees miss the postseason — against the Boston Red Sox on Sept. 28.
