Miami Marlins superstar Giancarlo Stanton thought he had hit his 30th home run of the season Sunday afternoon in Cincinnati, but Reds outfielder Jay Bruce kept the ball in the park with an incredible catch at the right field wall.

Bruce actually climbed up the wall to launch himself as high in the air as possible.

Stanton entered Sunday as the National League leader in home runs with 29, four more than Chicago Cubs phenom Anthony Rizzo. Thanks to Bruce, he didn’t add to that lead.

The Reds won the game 7-2.
