New York Mets fans picked up an entertaining new hobby over the weekend, trolling Hunter Pence in pretty wonderful fashion.
Throughout the weekend series between the San Francisco Giants and New York Mets at Citi Field, signs began sprouting up around the stands that included the harshest of insults directed at the 31-year-old Giants outfielder.
Mets fans really layed into him, claiming “Hunter Pence can’t parallel park” and “Hunter Pence eats pizza with a fork,” among a couple of other gems.

Unfortunately for Mets fans, though, the signs didn’t get in Pence’s head, as he blasted two home runs during the Giants’ 9-0 win over the Mets on Sunday.
