Hoomanawanui, wide receivers Aaron Dobson and Jeremy Gallon, running back Tyler Gaffney, linebackers Cameron Gordon and Deontae Skinner, center Bryan Stork, offensive lineman Chris Martin and defensive tackle Dominique Easley are not practicing for the Patriots during their annual night session in Gillette Stadium on Friday.

The night practice is open to season ticket holders and Foxboro and South Walpole, Mass., residents.

The players are in full pads for their sixth straight practice.

UPDATE 8:17 p.m.: Running back Roy Finch was pushed into the sideline during 11-on-11 drills and crashed into safety Kanorris Davis. Both players stayed down on the turf for a while before coming to their feet. Davis returned to practice while Finch went to the locker room with trainers. He appeared to suffer a leg injury.
