Preseason workouts can grow tiresome for football players — they’ll salivate at any chance for a respite or a day off. Texas A&M’s football team was more than excited when it found out it didn’t have practice.

Aggies coach Kevin Sumlin recently gathered his team on the practice field in full pads. Instead of planning for the practice later that day, Sumlin told his players to sprint back to the locker room to shower and change for a team movie night. The ensuing celebration is pure gold.

The team runs away from the field at lightning speed. You’ll probably never see offensive linemen sprint like that all season long. The dance one player does just exemplifies the pure joy this team had. It just goes to show you what a day off will do for a football team.
